Founded in 1994, NACOMM RESEARCH was a research organization devoted to the ethical advancement of humanity by promoting transparency and openness in government. From 1995 - 2005 NACOMM's research was used by such media outlets as The Discovery Channel, PBS WNET-New York and Showtime, as-well-as training by the US Naval Air Warfare Center. Since 2006 NACOMM has been inactive to the public. This website was reposted in 2012 for the purpose of fostering debate among the Judeo-Christian communities who are still ignoring the truth regarding the existence of extraterrestrial intelligence and its impact upon our future. NACOMM recognized the Moral Government of the Creator which He requires allegiance and conformity to because its end is the highest good of the Universe. All creation, whether of this world or another, fall under its jurisdiction.
