Founded in 1994, NACOMM RESEARCH was a research organization devoted to the ethical advancement of humanity by promoting transparency and openness in government. From 1995 - 2005 NACOMM's research was used by such media outlets as The Discovery Channel, PBS WNET-New York and Showtime, as-well-as training by the US Naval Air Warfare Center. 

Since 2006 NACOMM has been inactive to the public. This website was reposted in 2012 for the purpose of fostering debate among the Judeo-Christian communities who are still ignoring the truth regarding the existence of extraterrestrial intelligence and its impact upon our future. 

NACOMM recognized the Moral Government of the Creator which He requires allegiance and conformity to because its end is the highest good of the Universe. All creation, whether of this world or another, fall under its jurisdiction. Its potential can only be realized by moral agents (those intelligent beings with the ability to choose between good and evil.) 

The Bible is filled with its implications upon our society. All other moral beings in the heavens and earth must recognize the need for Moral Government, its benevolence, relevance and authority, or suffer its justice. 

Introduction

Over the past 100 years our planet has experience an acceleration of knowledge that is unprecedented in any Century before it.  The Technological Revolution of the past 50 years has brought with it the promise of exploration in such diverse fields as Nuclear Energy and Microbiology, Space Travel and Genetic Research.  It has also brought about the potential of planetary annihilation of all intelligent life or massive suffering from nuclear and biological weapons.

These daunting challenges and fears are consuming vast amounts of human resources and intelligence in research and security.  Each positive advance seems to also have a negative consequence for misuse and non containment.  For example, the same advances in space travel and miniaturization have also been applied to weapons delivery systems and nuclear armaments.  The microbiology and genetic altering used to develop better crops and medicines have led to more lethal chemical and biological warfare agents.

Those nations which possess such advanced technologies can use them for both economic and militaristic superiority.  Conversely, those nations who do not are relegated to a third world status and struggle to keep governments in balance.

It has become clearly evident over the past 30 years that democratic governments, in which greater freedom has been given to the people to elect their leaders, have also fostered free thinking and acceleration in advanced technologies over socialistic and dictatorial regimes. The effects of such economic and technological advancements have begun to separate the nations of the planet in exponential fashion.

The resulting dominance of the advanced democratic governments over world strategic and economic resources cannot help but increase as such authority brings with it military superiority. Along with such authority and superiority comes the danger of inclusiveness and secrecy. 

Enter Extraterrestrial Intelligence

Since at least the late 1940's, the discovery of an advanced race(s) of intelligent beings visiting and interacting with humanity has become the most highly classified topic of the Military and Intelligence Communities.  Due to the very nature of its superior technology and potential military threat (or benefit), this secrecy has developed into a joint system of military and intelligence control over billions of tax payer dollars funneled into black projects with very limited accountability. 

Reports of earthly governmental treaties with certain extraterrestrial biological entities (EBEs) has led to the grim realization of wide spread human abductions for genetic experimentation in exchange for their advanced technological assistance. Such agreements by the United States, originally were intended to buy time and allow humanity to develop a limited defense against a far technologically superior race(s). 

Through released studies such as the 1960 Brookings Institute's "Proposed Studies On The Implications Of Peaceful Space Activities For Human Affairs" and others; Military, Intelligence Experts, Scientists, Theologians, Financiers and Psychologists all agreed (we are told) that such a profound revelation upon the human psyche (of the existence of extraterrestrial intelligence's) would most likely lead to the collapse of an orderly society and trust of Institutions once revered. Add to that an admission that the democratic governments, which were created to protect their citizen's freedom and liberty, have unwittingly done the exact opposite and lied about it for the past 70 years. 

In all the ensuing disinformation that currently exists, there is one fact that must eventually be accepted; That these extraterrestrial beings are ultimately behind their own cover-up.  For if they really desired for their existence to be known on a massive scale, no government on earth could stop such a revelation! 

We must ask ourselves then, "If these beings do exist and are visiting this planet, what is their agenda?"  The question cannot be answered without a moral dilemma.  If these beings are truly moral beings (the ability to chose between right and wrong, good and evil presented to their intellect) then they must be judged by their motives in accordance with the Moral Governor of the Universe.
